Lee Financial Group (LFG) was created in 2020 to provide quality living solutions for the community amid COVID-19 pandemic. Since our inception, we earned a reputation as leading buyer of multifamily properties in and around Atlanta, GA. We pride ourselves on developing smart and fair deals for our tenants by working closely with a strong team of real estate and property management professionals. What We Do

Lee Financial Group (LFG) primarily focuses on purchasing single family rental property, financial investing, and donating to non-profit organizations in the Greater Atlanta Area. Since our founding in 2020, LFG  has purchased multiple projects to provide improve quality living to families amid this pandemic. Through trial and error we’ve fostered our talents and grown into the amazing team we are today.

Our real estate business acquires single family properties with an average capitalization rate greater than 5%. We are focused on improving the quality of life by providing multifamily homes in suburban communities. Our client are interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable homes, and we do everything to respect these wishes.

Our financial business invests in REITs, ETFs, and Mutual Funds with an average dividend yield greater than 5%. These investments are considered long-term holdings with an enabled dividend re-investment plan. Our REITs focused on Class A properties in growing markets in GA. ETFs and Mutual Funds consistent of stable sectors with an internal rate of return of 8% on average.

Our nonprofit business partners closely with Habitat for Humanity to enunciate our social responsibility strategy clearly and concisely – helping building a world where everyone has a decent place to live. We create meaningful relationships in the community with the impact, history, and brand value of Habitat for Humanity.

Latest Projects

Here at Lee Financial Group (LFG), our latest projects feature new acquisition in North Atlanta and increased investing into REITs and ETFs. For these particular projects, we negotiated fair deals for the tenant and builder and went through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards. This was completed on time and within budget. New Acquisition in Greater Atlanta

LFG purchased this single family property in the Greater Atlanta. We were very strict about the leasing terms and future project value. Our team is interested in an economically friendly outcome, and we did everything to develop clear and simple leasing terms.

REIT Investment

LFG reinvest a large portion of NOI towards conservative REITs (or  ETFs) with a %5 dividend yield. We work closely with our stock brokers to accelerate financial growth in order to acquire new assets per 3Q 2020 balance at ~ 120K.
